I’m Violet Omatseye
The founder of Veev Therapy and Coaching. I am a BACP registered counsellor and therapeutic life coach. Here to help you feel better…
I make it my mission to provide a safe and confidential space where individuals can find support and compassionate guidance
Empathy and personal growth is the approach I take.
At different times in life, we can find ourselves in need of help when coming to terms with situations we are struggling with. Other times, just having a safe confidential space to unburden and be heard can bring about great relief. Either way, I am here for you. I feel together we can work on getting you to a better place emotionally and mentally.
We all want to feel happy, rise above and thrive in life. However, that may look like for you I am here to offer you a supportive space that allows you to explore what it is that has brought you to counselling, while at the same time working with you to discover your inner resource that will empower you to achieve improved wellbeing and meaningful growth.
I work in an integrative way, drawing elements of person centred, psychodynamic and CBT counselling integrated in a way that meets your individual need. I believe in a two-way collaborative therapeutic relationship which puts you at the centre of your own therapy. I am also qualified in coaching as I am interested in your future as I am in your past.
I am bound by the BACP code of ethics and am committed to your wellbeing.
I have spent the last five years developing my skills in counselling, coaching, and supporting individuals going through different challenges in life. I specialise in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, parenting issues, and help with improving relationship with self and with others as well as assisting individuals on their recovery journey. I work with clients both online and in-person face to face.
I invite you over to my blog to read health-filled articles packed with practical and inspirational ideas to get you feeling healthier and happier than ever.
