Equity release, a type of secured loan, allows you to access the value held up in your home and turn it into money you can spend as you wish. How much equity you can release depends on your age, how much your property is worth and how much you choose to borrow.

I will sit down with you to discuss your short-term needs against your long-term plans. After listening to you, I may advise that Equity Release is not suitable for you, but will help you find another option. I will be able to advise you on the right product to meet your financial objective.
